This inn is a cute, beautifully decorated gem with amazing views! Rooms are slightly smaller than average but provide everything you need, so they're perfect. Bed/pillows were some of the best I've ever slept on. We were gifted a bottle of wine because we booked two nights. Such a nice touch! Bakery on one side and a Cafe on the other means you won't have to walk far for coffee and breakfast. Amazing dinner options just across the street. More than a few social areas in the courtyard to sit and enjoy the view and local cuisine. You can tell the owners really take pride in their business. I'd absolutely stay here again. I'm already looking forward to our next trip here!

I needed a last minute room and coming from LA, my arrival would be late at night. The owner was so pleasant on the phone, so accommodating and I needed a late checkout as I'd be working remote also during the morning. Instructions on getting to my room were so easy, parking pass was left on the bed and area was perfect. Right in front of the rock with cute shops surrounding. I briefly ran into the owner as I ran out for a quick break and I wished I had stopped to chat for a longer time as I had just returned to the states from Italy and I could tell it was his home Country. The sound of the fountain was soothing, the garden area was a nice view and the room was perfect and had everything I needed for a quick stay. Will definitely come back. Thank you again for a super easy check in!

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was tiny but clean with a comfortable bed. Pet friendly and the staff are really nice. The view from our room was awesome. Great location and price.

Staff was nice and gave us a cinnamon roll card. Our room was small but clean. Loved the clean floors. The bed was soft n they give you plenty of pillows. The shower had good pressure and the towels were big. The walls are thin. There is a patio area downstairs. I will stay here again for sure

Not really sure what the other angry reviews are about but we had a great stay. Service was good. They do leave at 5pm, but they make sure you are taken care of. Rooms are smaller, but we had room with kids and dogs. The cafe they give you cinnamon roll coupons for is really good to eat at as well. You can walk to a lot of good options from there. We walked to the Galley for dinner, and it was great. Would stay again. Adding a view from the parking lot.

Yes, I will give this place 5 stars. Looking at the reviews, I was scared and kept wondering if I had made a mistake. Plus, it was peak season and a last-minute booking that was non-refundable. The check-in time mentioned was until 6 PM, and since we were going to arrive past midnight, I was really worried. Until the last minute, we were confused—would we actually have a room to stay in, or end up sleeping in the car? Thankfully, everything worked out. Even though we had no instructions about our room number or where to find the keys, the process was smooth and we got in without any issues. The room was clean. There’s no AC, but they do provide a separate fan. The room itself is not extraordinary, but I’m giving five stars because, compared to other places charging $300+ per night, we got this room for under $200 Not to forget, the location is great.

Stayed there for several nights, and I would return in a heartbeat. Kind and friendly staff, within walking distance of anything you could want, and the entire property had charm to spare. Rooms are small (or I suppose cozy) but it is worth it, especially at this price. We had a fantastic time!

I will definitely be back! The rooms are cozy. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The inn is on the embarcadero and has some amazing view of the rock in the bay. I give it a 15 on a scale of 1 - 10.

I would recommend this as a clean, reasonably price place, with a great view. The place is dated, but clean and comfortable. Never seen anyone in the office, but they had instructions to get checked in. When booking, all info you need to know is in their policy if you read it. There is a very nice view of the rock and bay from the 2nd story rooms. You can here through the walls and every door slamming because of the older building, but I would definitely visit again.

This place was a great choice to stay at! I really appreciated the coupons for free cinnamon rolls from the cafe next door for breakfast. These were a highlight of our stay. This place is pet friendly, clean, on the water, close to restaurants, and overall is the perfect blend of everything I need during a Morro Bay stay. The rooms are a bit small, but I am aware that this tends towards to be the case with inns. So be aware of that, but the managers were very kind and respectful during our stay. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone I know.
